Massage Therapy
Chiropractic and massage therapy are two holistic therapies that share a common goal: to treat the whole person rather than symptoms through natural, hands-on, drug-free techniques. Call today to schedule your massage!
Meet our Fredericton Family Registered Massage Therapists
Paige Beesley- Registered Massage Therapist
Greetings! I have been working as a Registered Massage Therapist for almost 8 years. I attended massage therapy school in Fredericton and graduated in 2003.
Upon graduating, I not only started my own massage practice, I also became a clinical supervisor at the school I had attended. It was my responsibility to train and examine students. I thoroughly enjoyed both experiences! I worked in my own practice for 2 years, and then in 2005, I joined up with Fredericton Family Chiropractic (then Lilly Family Chiropractic), and the rest is history. I have been part of this marvelous team for over 6 years and I love every minute of it.
What's important to me in my work life - staying current with taking continuing education courses. It helps me increase my knowledge and my confidence in providing new and effective treatments. My course interests vary, and that's the beauty of massage, there are so many variations! This fall I am registered for a TMJ (tempromandibular joint) mastery course as well as a Thai Hot Stem Facial Course!
What is important to me outside of work - my amazing husband who I have been married to for almost 8 years. And just when we thought life couldn't get better - in March 2010, we had our first baby - a healthy baby boy, Simon, who's full of life and brings a whole other purpose to my life! I love him so much that I ensure he gets massaged and adjusted on a regular basis.
I love spending time with my family. But I also love working in my massage business. And working at Fredericton Family Chiropractic has challenged me to learn and experience "true wellness" even more. It would be my honour to introduce you to the wonderful "wellness" world of massage therapy. I whole heartedly believe in this form of health care. I have seen tremendous results, both from a patient perspective, as well as from the perspective of a provider.
Be well,
Paige Beesley, RMT

Rachel van Raalte - Registered Massage Therapist
Hi - welcome! I have been a massage therapist for over 6 years and I have spent the last 2 years working at Fredericton Family Chiropractic. I initially came on to do Paige's maternity leave and loved it so much that I stayed! It is a great place to work and all the staff are amazing.
Since graduating from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2005, I have worked in both clinical and spa settings. I enjoyed the spa setting for a while (who wouldn't when they worked on a Princess cruise ship in the Caribbean), but my true passion is working in a clinical environment where the treatments are as varied as the people that receive them; pre and post natal massage, myofascial release, sports injury treatment, as well as numerous other soft tissue injuries and chronic muscle tension.
If you have never received massage therapy as an alternative form of health care, let me encourage you to try it out. There are so many benefits, the major benefit being stress reduction. (It is believed that over 80% of diseases are brought on by stress.) That scary fact alone should motivate you to seek out natural forms of stress relief!
Faith and family are a huge part of my life. I have been blessed with a supportive husband, Matt, and a healthy, energetic little boy, Koen. I enjoy keeping active with fitness classes and chasing after Koen and our family dog, Dexter ( a huge and beautiful Newfoundland dog). I’ve always loved traveling, which lead to the cruise ship experience! I hope to be able to do more traveling in the future.
I am so excited to be part of Fredericton’s Creating Wellness team. I look forward to being a valuable asset to you in allowing you to achieve a wellness lifestyle! Oh yeah - and did I mention that Koen, Matt and I get massaged and adjusted on a regular basis!
Take care,
Rachel van Raalte
Bobbi Boudreau - Registered Massage Therapist
Hi, I’m Bobbi Boudreau, a Registered Massage Therapist practicing at Fredericton Family Chiropractic. I am originally from Fredericton but moved to Toronto in 1999 to attend the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. I’m the newest addition to the wellness practice as I only moved back from Ontario last year. Why you may ask? My husband and our two children, Logan and Ella, as well as family pets, our cat and dog, decided it was time to leave the craziness of the big city to find a more peaceful life. I am so happy to be back among friends and family and happy to be part of the wellness team here at Fredericton Family Chiropractic.
I have been massaging for 10 years now. I have worked in a spa setting, as well as a clinical setting specializing in geriatrics and pediatrics. I have also practiced in a rehab physiotherapy clinic. I feel that my work experience enables me to adapt to my clients needs and wants. I have had the privilege to work with other great health care professionals; massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors and physiotherapists, and have gained a great respect and knowledge for many forms of alternative health care.
I divide my work time between practice and teaching; supervising student clinics and organizing outreaches in the community. I have been teaching for seven years now, including the school that I graduated from in Ontario and I currently lead the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College, located here in Fredericton. Teaching is a great way to keep me current with my anatomy, physiology, pathology, neurology, hydrotherapy and specific treatments.
I truly feel blessed to have a job I love. I look forward to expanding my career in massage by taking courses in lymphatic drainage and acupuncture in the future.
"May the work of your hands be a sign of gratitude and reverence to the human condition" Gandhi
Best of health,
Bobbi Boudreau
