I joined Fredericton Family Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Centre as a Chiropractic Health Assistant in January 2018. I have always felt right at home from the day I started as a patient to now being part of this wonderful health team.
I was introduced to chiropractic care at an early age as my father was a frequent patient. It wasn’t until years later that I learned of all the benefits that maintaining a healthy spine can achieve. It’s amazing what your spine is capable of. Being part of the healing process and seeing patients’ joy through recovery is extraordinary.

Family Life
My husband, Mike, and I live in Fredericton where we have built a beautiful life together. We love travelling, exploring new things and providing exceptional love and care to our rescue cats – Fiona and Roxy. We are both advocates of chiropractic care and are well adjusted on a regular basis.
Enjoying My Work
Being a Chiropractic Health Assistant has given me the opportunity to meet some remarkable people, hear their stories, and share my own. I love being that first smile they see when they come into our clinic.
A Big Leap
In early 2022, the opportunity to purchase the clinic came about. I felt that it was the perfect time in my life to take that leap and invest in my future. My business partner, Palma, and I couldn’t be more proud to be the new owners at Fredericton Family Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Centre. I feel truly blessed to work with such an incredible wellness team.
